Of course, some doggies just would not pee on the cement floor...but they eventually do . We got canned food to make sure our dog would eat.....and I'd leave her dry food with her. I have found dry food stashes all through the back seat....Right now she's adjusting to the fact that we're going out and not taking her with us everywhere, and I think she's a little ticked. PS - she's still carrying around the rawhide you gave her, good idea!
It took about 3 days before our dogs would "go" on the car deck. Most the other dogs around had the same issue. Then, it seemed like all the dogs, ours and others, said it was time. Everyone cheered!

By your picture, it looks like your car deck had a lot less cars on it then when we went. That probably helped a bit, with the more room to wander.

Glad all is well

What an adventure! The kind of memories you will never forget I'm still planning on driving the whole way, but my youngest said he hates his new job and wants to go with me, again, changes his mind every other day, so we'll see how it all plays out.

Lyoness..... the move was totally worth it! I can not get over how friendly everyone is!

We're looking at longer-term rentals now, getting used to the temperature and checking out what we can without making ourselves nuts............(Arts and crafts event in Wasilla on the agenda for today - it's my birthday. Let's see what I can talk Crossfire into )

Wow, I am speechless! How great it was to log on and see all these happy birthday wishes! You all are great!
So is Crossfire....he did the craft show in Wasilla with me, and I got a cool hat made out of llama fur with a purple beaded band........very warm for my new home. I never was a hat person, I think I will be now!
