All I can tell you about my brief trips to Emo was there were a lot of foxes (four-legged kind) running around in the mornings and some folks insisted on burning tires in their steamhouses, making the place smell nasty where I was staying.
Otherwise, there were mostly nice folk, like most places in AK.
