I think it is more about a generational reference that was lost. The purpose of cartoons a generation ago was to entertain kids. Today, the purpose of cartoons are to indoctrinate kids into an anti-American, anti-capitalist, pro-Marxist political ideology.
  • Corporations = Bad
  • Government = Good
Give "Captain Planet" a gander sometime, but only if you want to be frightened for the future the US. Pure indoctrination.

Well, the best words I have received on this subject were from a lawyer friend of mine, we hunt together a few times each year, he said "Never break two laws at the same time!" i.e. If ya drinkin', don't think of yourself as another incarnation of Mario Andretti. Or, if ya don't have a pilots license and you are flying anyway, don't do any more stupid stuff.

All this maroon vs moron controversy is real similar to those that were very angry that Rick Warren didnt really have a "cone of silence". This may be hard for some of you to understand but there was life before Youtube.
