Well, dang!!! almost every bag of self-rising flour has a biscuit recipe printed on it somewhere, most are passable. We don't have bob evans down here, I use either Neeses' or Bass Farm, either is a good quality sausage, and my medium large cast iron skillet. After cooking the sausage, get the sausage out of the grease, add some finely chopped/minced onions, and a little bit of garlic, I prefer cream, but will use milk in a pinch, sift in the flour, add some olive oil and butter, whisk it to get it smooth, black pepper (no need to add salt, t'was a bit in the sausage). It must be good, I never have left-overs.

Plenty of Sage, a sweet sausage, such as maple, and just 2-3 strips of rendered bacon for a little hint of smething extra. Also, heavy cream, no half-n-half, nothing with the term gravy sould attempt to be "reduced fat" otherwise eat some grilled fish and rosemary potatos drizzled with extra virgin olive oil (wrapped in tin foil w/ onions-garlic) But back to the B&G- It's gotta have large fluffy biscuts to really lop up the gravy.

Then after that...the fish and potato combo ColdDayz suggested for good measure and fish and potatos on the grill is hard to beat!
