New House - hard time finding (Guilderland, Niskayuna: neighborhoods, to buy, new construction)

Tom Paonessa and sons are worth looking into. I wish I had been able to buy a house he built. I have 2 friends who own TP built homes and have driven through other neighborhoods where he's built. He builds a solid quality house, doesn't take short cuts. Not cookie cutter either. Listens to his clients.

I like houses but I don't like niskayuna..

Im looking in bethelem and guilderland.

Not the niskayuna area. sorry for confusion.
Amedore new commmunity house Harmon grrove . location is what I meant when i say i didn't like.

all the builders are building new house community in clifton park and halfmoon.
and most of them are put on hold

Definitely hold off. Inventory of pre-owned homes are not only over-priced, but non-existent. Building costs are through the roof, even for renovations. Same situation in VT. Like in 2008, the bottom will eventually fall.
