I went there yesterday and was quite unimpressed- Sandia Casino blows it out of the water!

Hard Rock rarely makes bad investments, but I think this is one.

I havent gone to Hard Rock cause they opened after I moved but I always found Route 66 to be an awesome place for some reason, Im not really too crazy about the other city casinos though, but from the pics, the Hard Rock looks nice, Im sure its just not what most people expect when they hear the Hard Rock name.

I haven't been there. But heard about the project. Apparently, they scaled back a lot of what they planned to do because of the recession. Maybe in 5 years or so they'll finish the renovations.

Alot of Rock memorabilia, the atmosphere is nice, the restaurants are pretty good....center bar is ok, not quite up to par with the Vegas Hard Rock but its better than anything else here. doesnt look like the TYPICAL New Mexico place like Sandia does. It seems to be doing well especially with out of state people, as there was a plethora of texas plates in the parking lot.

I just looked at their entertainment schedule, they have a cover band I remember from Philly playing. Split Decision.
