Thx, yeah i snapped it whilst driving southbound I-25 around Jefferson at 75 mph.

Two men are being charged with 5 counts relating to setting the Wallow Fire that smoked out ABQ back in June.

A conviction for each of the offenses charged in the complaint carries a maximum penalty of six months in prison, a $5,000 fine or both (if found guilty on all counts that's a measely 2.5 yrs in jail and $25K each). Sad.

And that's if they get the maximum penalty, which is unlikely. IMO, the penalties for starting a wildfire are far too lenient.
