I wonder what all the west siders think of all the new taxes they will be paying in the form of TIDDs so suncal can profiteer?
Hey at least they will build us the schools, haha.. thats a joke. Well taxes will rise, the poor will move out.. and the upper middle class will move in.
I'm not saying I'm for It. I'm Not saying I'm Against it.

Why on earth would taxpayers want to turn millions of dollars over to a bankrupt (suncal) company? Any investment into suncal would have a negative impact to taxpayers all over Albuquerque.

Wow, your lost.. You should probably think about what you write first.
So what am I wrong about bradly? Suncal defaulting in 184 million in loans?
Or the 629 million in bonds they have asked to have taxpayers on the hook for their private development company?
I linked up the APS Construction web site as you can click on any school to get an update and they usually update the construction photo's once a month for every school.
6-3, this continues to be a great link to monitor ongoing construction at area schools. I just checked out this one for Georgia O'Keeffe, where they're building a brand-new elementary:
The construction seems to be a bit behind schedule, from the dates I remember when we lived down the road from O'Keeffe. Is anyone familiar with the terms they use at the bottom of the construction summary, eg. Substantial Complete Date and Warranty Inspect Date? Would the new school start being used immediately after a successful inspection on the Warranty Inspect Date?
