Why on earth would taxpayers want to turn millions of dollars over to a bankrupt (suncal) company? Any investment into suncal would have a negative impact to taxpayers all over Albuquerque.

So what am I wrong about bradly? Suncal defaulting in 184 million in loans?
Or the 629 million in bonds they have asked to have taxpayers on the hook for their private development company?

6-3, this continues to be a great link to monitor ongoing construction at area schools. I just checked out this one for Georgia O'Keeffe, where they're building a brand-new elementary:

APS Facilities Design & Construction

The construction seems to be a bit behind schedule, from the dates I remember when we lived down the road from O'Keeffe. Is anyone familiar with the terms they use at the bottom of the construction summary, eg. Substantial Complete Date and Warranty Inspect Date? Would the new school start being used immediately after a successful inspection on the Warranty Inspect Date?
