I don't know, there have been three parcels I have seen Walmart try to build on. (I'm not a Walmart basher).

Here is a Google Map of the area, there is a Village Inn, Dairy Queen, Wecks and few other places in the area: https://goo.gl/maps/nhqwGY13QiS2

The new Google Maps just is not going to let me point some things out, but if you move the map around (without zooming) you can see bushiness in the areas.

It seems like a real missed opportunity that Icon did not go this route on the east side of town. Nice theater, nice seats, but the market is crying out for the "Alamo Drafthouse" concept like this one.

It is the parcel where they tried to put a WalMart Neighborhood grocery store. We built a custom home in the sub-division just south of that parcel. I wonder how the HOA is reacting to this news. That HOA had some crazy people running it. More crazy than typical crazy HOA leaders.
