I see you guys are visiting the the skyscrapercity forum. ABQist keeps us quite informed with all the development updates there. Anyway, I am really impressed with the La Posada (Andaluz) renovation. Downtown desperately needs that project along with a few more.

I've been stalking UrbanABQ, but skyscrapercity is a lot of fun too.

I'm glad to see you guys move these projects over to this forum. Skyscrapercity only has a few ABQ members. Hopefully we'll see The Residence at Packard Place get built as well as a 25 Story Hilton or Westin hotel next to the proposed arena.

As long as the development is within cental business district (i.e. Downtown), I'm fine with it.

No more of the Centex, SunCal, etc. bull-crap!
