I do not know if you can eat on the small patio, never noticed. The large enclosed area has a fantastic view of the city

Places with nice patios which I have been to at least five times which I like. My tastes and customs are most likely different than many others:
Casa De Benavidez - New Mexican - In ABQ 4th street

El Pinto - New Mexican - In ABQ 4th Street

Village pizza in Corrales - Yes pizza, They have a nice patio, but I forgot to put them in this set of pictures: Photos - Village Pizza in Corrales This is one of my secret hideouts, so don't tell anyone....

Coronado Restaurant & Cantina in Bernalillo, across the highway from Santa Anna Casino.
There are a few nice places in Old Town, names just escape me now....

The new restaurant in Madrid that I recommended in my earlier post - but couldn't remember the name of - is "The Hollar". Yep, spelled H-O-L-L-A-R. It's only open Thursday - Sunday, BTW. We really like it: mostly Southern menu but with a twist, including deep-fried dill pickles!
