Champagne fizzes - I do mixes of simple syrups, bourbon, mint, lime, crushed ice & Champagne. Excellent on a hot summer evening.

Well, it's only 3:49 and I'm still at work, but in an hour I hope to be sitting on my deck with a glass of sauv blanc in my hand!!

Killian's? I know someone from college who LOVED Killian's Red. I should post a picture of it on his FB page.

I've been watching Big Bang Theory and got inspired to make a grasshopper. I don't have any cream or milk so I made it with unsweetened coconut milk and, amazingly, it's pretty good!
