Champagne fizzes - I do mixes of simple syrups, bourbon, mint, lime, crushed ice & Champagne. Excellent on a hot summer evening.

Last night we were drinking Kwak and St Arnold Elissa IPA.

Tonight it will be Killians Red.

I've been watching Big Bang Theory and got inspired to make a grasshopper. I don't have any cream or milk so I made it with unsweetened coconut milk and, amazingly, it's pretty good!
