One of our better local breweries only sells certain product to go in growlers. No other way to get it. The growler line is usually quite long...

One brewery I worked at would fill a corny keg or 5 gallon sankey keg. Solves the flatness/freshness problem. Of course you have to have a fridge and a CO2 tank.
