I wonder...... In todays world though EXPENSIVE may mean better quality...

I know nothing about scotches so I won't comment of them, but not a single one of the bourbons listed in the article come close to Pappy 15 year old, which in my opinion leaves the Pappy 20 and 23 year olds in the dust. They are, however, easier to find as the article states. Several of the Parker's Heritage products, particularly the Promise of Hope, are hard to beat.
