Medical use of ozone was banned by the FDA in 2016.
By all means then, do listen to the FDA, they have your best interest at heart and everyone is deficient in some sort of symptom masking toxic prescription drug with wretched side effects that additional drugs can be prescribed for.

What are you talking about? If it’s been banned you can’t get it, regardless what anyone thinks of the FDA.
I plan on taking two to three grams of vitamin C every day until the foreseeable future. A relative of mine started to slowly raise supplemental vitamin C intake while she was pregnant and happened to get the shingles during this time. It was extremely mild; she only received a diagnosed because she went to a check-up, and her doctor had trouble believing that it wasn't bothering her!

Just be aware that can be too much of a good thing. Your body can't use more than about 200 mg/day, so anything beyond that does nothing but make your kidneys work harder. And, speaking of kidneys, it is also said that taking too much supplemental vitamin C can increase your risk of kidney stones.
Excess vitamin C is excreted from the body as oxalate, a bodily waste product. Oxalate typically exits the body via urine. However, under some circumstances, oxalate may bind with minerals to form crystals that can lead to the formation of kidney stones
I take 500 mg/day, already several times the MDR of 60-90mg.

I've been taking two to three grams for a while. Before I did this, I used to get colds and the flu all the time. Once I started taking it, they pretty much stopped. Well, I do get a very mild cold every other year, or an annoyingly snotty nose for a few days. But that's it.
As for it affecting kidney function, yes those who are predisposed to kidney stones should be concerned, but I've never had them. And my doctor runs kidney labs when I ask. So far so good!
I regularly get 15- 25 grams of IV (intravenous) Vitamin C. Any amount of vitamin C is safe up until bowel tolerance.
Thousands of people DIE daily in US hospitals from pneumonia that is not responding to antibiotics, most of those lives could, in fact, be saved with administration of IV Vitamin C. This has been well established for many decades but is suppressed , particularly in the USA because it is not profitable to the medical industrial complex establishment.
I am continually amazed at naysayer people whom seem to take pleasure in trolling Alternative Health discussions to attempt to shoot holes in any of the many natural CURES that are making people well. They are like:
"you granola-eating health-nuts won't make ME well, I have insurance, and I pay prominent allopathic physicians to mask my symptoms with expensive prescription drugs, and mostly unnecessarily surgeries so that I can die in the slowest, most profitable manner available".

It's certainly no surprise after these two posts that your world would be perceived to be brim full of "naysayers". Thank God.
Apparently you are unaware that you can overdose on anything, including water.
