Thought I'd share this here. Lyme is something I don't deal with but know many do.

non-nutritive sweeteners can assist. Anything with SUGAR on the label will compromise your immune system and make it more difficult to fight the bacteria.

Once again it's tick season...Be aware...

Lyme disease is caused by bacteria. Infected ticks spread the bacteria by biting people or animals.

I have Lyme. The latest studies say that Stevia has been shown to kill Lyme bacteria. Here'e the thing, the study was not done in people. It would also require a huge amount of Stevia to have any benefit. So adding a packet to your tea won't hurt, but it's not going to kill anything.

Lyme is a ridiculously complicated disease, so treatment is equally complicated, especially if you've had it for a while. The borrelia bacteria (the one that causes Lyme) is one of the most evolved and advanced that we know of.
