So, I suggest Wilmington , NC :
1) Its has a beautiful historic downtown and a great boardwalk along Cape Fear River.
2) Parts of Market Street look eerily like Main St/Apache Trail on the east side of the valley - restaurants and fast food, car dealerships, hotels, banks and strip malls.
Best of all,
3) There is a great BBQ place called "Sticky Fingers " at 5044 Market St and right next door to it is a "HOOTERS "!
