According to this link:
Mysterious ailments linked to smart meters?

Some lady claims she is getting sick from smart meters.

I personally think she is full of it, possibly high. The laws of physics totally preclude the RF frequencies from smart meters from being ionizing. Nobody seems to claim to get sick from Wi-Fi. If I were APS I would sue her for everything she's got and permanently shut off her power.

Well, I'm a Republican myself, but you can't really challenge the laws of physics, since there is credible scientific proof that 900-1000 MHz RF waves are non-ionizing.

There are a few people out in the world that are very sensitive to EM emissions, but this sounds hokey to me.

Exactly. Nobody claims to be getting sick from Wi-Fi signals, which are very commonplace nowadays.

There are people who are sensitive to EM fields, and a big bank of junction boxes where the smart meters are installed will throw off a lot of EM noise.

But people who are sensitive to EM usually can't even hold a phone receiver to their ear without having pain, so I think this lady is probably just full of it.

There might be people who claim they are sensitive to EM fields but there is no documented evidence of any pathophysiological mechanism that shows this and certainly no published research in credible medical research journals (New England, JAMA) that support this.

Try the VA. Notably studies of people with shrapnel, metal plates & screws, artificial joints, traumatic brain injury, cochlear damage, etc.
