I don't think it's pro to do DST, it's more of a burden. A lot of businesses doesn't realize that DST cost more $ to implement than whatever income they think derives from it.

The only thing you said that's right is I'm a millennial but I have some old school tastes that make me seem older.

Nothing I said puts down boomers. I defended your generation a lot when people around my age were hurling insults. All I said is you seem like a retired boomer new to the state but you went on the defensive for some reason.

It's unrealistic and kind of selfish to expect Arizona not to change and tell other people to move away. I know some people in the 60-70 age who say similar things you did about keeping everything unchanged. That's why I assumed youre in that age bracket and retired.

I have been here almost 30 years and seen lots of changes especially the Phoenix valley. I accept it whether I like it or not. Change is part of life so deal with it.

Oh, I see, your response was simply taking up for boomers, I get it now!
And, I've been on this earth longer than you which means I've been dealing with changes longer than you child.

You say you deal with changes while not wanting anything about Arizona to change, and telling other people to move away. Sounds consistent.

I have nothing against boomers but I don't like the stick in the mud attitude. Arizona has changed substantially and will keep changing as long it grows. I think you moved to the wrong state old timer.

No, I'm not living in the wrong state, but just conversing with the wrong person while living in the right state. No wonder you are still single.

So you don't feel that a state should reflect current tax payers?

No, I would like a law passed that says a resident has to reside for five years before being allowed to vote for any reason. This would stop the sudden influx change of polices. But, that's my opinion. It just an opinion based on my selfish feelings, just as yours is for your own selfish feelings.

It's the same story. Retired folks come to Arizona to be left alone and want the government to butt out, but they want to pass new laws that involve more government action.

Your idea is beyond selfish, it sounds like you prefer a dictatorship. The scary thing is some politicians on both sides of the aisle have similar opinions so I hope it never comes true.
