Hi there

This will sound really strange and it is a really long shot but I am hoping one of you lovely people can help me.

My parents are part of a group of mad English people that are currently driving from Panama to Alaska which is taking three months.

On June 10th they passed through Kayenta on the US89 and witnessed a really nasty car accident. My parents were amongst the first on the scene and used their recently used first aid skills to help those badly injured. The air ambulance arrived and took them all to hospital.

We would really like to know how those people are doing now. They have tried calling the hospitals and the police but have not had any luck.

Do any of you know of a way I might find out? I thought there might be a local newspaper I could search for on the web, but have not been able to find out.

Any help would be appreciated. Just so they dont always have to wonder what happened to the guys in the car....

Thank in advance for reading my mad request. If any of you want anything from South England, give me a yell! And keep an eye out for the crazy fools as they drive through Arizona north.

I tried a quick search of the Flagstaff newspaper (AZ Daily Sun) and the Cortez, Colorado newspaper, but nothing turned up. You might try calling AZ DPS (hwy patrol) - they might be able to give you some info.

Thanks everybody, that is really kind of you to take the time to reply. Bizarrely I found details in a newspaper of another crash involving three cars but it wasnt that one. Will use the info you have all sent.

Thanks all.

You may wish to try contacting someone at the Kayenta Public Schools. Check a search engine or the website for Arizona Deparmtne of Education.
