Good morning all
I have been following the site but have not posted in quite a while. I'm going to be leaving SE MI Nov 30th and hope to arrive in a couple days. I did'nt sell my home but received a very good lease with option and a very bad purchase offer within a day of each other. I went with the lease, I'm coming out Nov 1st-5th to find a job (anyone hiring ) and may be looking for a lease with option or a lower priced home/manufactured to purchase ($50,000 to $100,000). If you know of any that will allow 5 dogs ages 8-15 years one being around 2-4 years old. I will be doing a marathon house hunt with my realtor and would like to have as meny to look at as possible. Looking in Cottonwood, Cornville, Rimrock, Clarkdale areas.
I as so excited, it has been a very long 20 months since I first listed my home.

Sorry about the spelling, I know better guess my fingers just got a lil excited...Thanks for the information about the phone book. Also who are the most reliable Internet and Cable TV providers? I have more reminder list then I know what to do with, but once I get settled it will be a big help to have the info on hand. The dogs will need a nice size yard, they have a fenced in 2/3 of an acre now, I'm hoping for at lease 1/4 acre fenced in of course. I do look at the classifieds and have sent out resumes, also have made phone calls and have a few places to put in my application while I'm their house hunting before the move. Can't get a mortage unless I have a full time job....so job hunting is a priorty. If it were just me I'd rent first but with 5 dogs I just don't think someone would want to rent to me. And thats okay, I hate paying rent and would rather pay on a mortage.

Debbie, the cable and internet companies are different for each town, you will have to find out where you are going to live and then figure out who to use.
