Wow amazing. Reminds me of the lanterns at Pingxi, Taiwan. Yeah I hope the paper is biodegradable.

Not everyone is all the same, I cannot even throw candy wrappers out from the street without trash bin. I usually put it on my bag or pocket if I don't see any trash bin.
