it also depends a lot on the situation, if your a tourist and they want to sell something to you they will act friendly to get you to buy something, as soon as they get the money they could care less about being friendly
just try returning something thats defective to an asian business and you will see how unfriendly they can become
Happened to me before in a Chinese store in Portugal. I didn't know that for them you can only return the product within a week after purchase because in Portugal everything can be returned within a month. I went there 2 weeks after to return it and change for something else. They were really not nice.
One need only look at WORLD HISTORY to find the TRUTH.
The financial SUCCESS of asian countries makes no ASSUMPTIONS OR INFERENCES that the country and it's peoples is compassionate towards others that are not of their race. GENUINE CHRISTIANITY is SYNONOMOUS with LOVE. NOT the kind of Christianity that sells more CELL PHONES and ELECTRONIC DEVICES. Japan, Korea, and China AND MANY OTHER ASIAN COUNTRIES are not CHRISTIAN COUNTRIES.

I am familiar with what ASIANS really think of all other ASIANS as I have had acquaintances that were ASIANS.

Well if you are talking about being outgoing, it is still Filipinos of course because like all hispanic countries, Filipinos are one of the most extroverted people in the world.
Filipinos never turn down a party or celebration, they're definitely the most outgoing asians
and accepting of other people not their own, very hospitable
the mannerisms make a big difference the ladies act like a lady and the men are gentlemen
Do you know why ASIANS are not able to take over the world?
Do you know why all ASIANS LOVE EUROPEAN FASHION?
Because there may be 2 billion asians...
but there are still 5 billion people in this world that are NOT ASIAN.
We all love asian cars, products, foods, and asian investment in America. BUT the fact is that Asians NOW are more accepting of White/European CULTURE all while hating OTHER ASIANS.
At the end of the day the Italians, Portuguese, Finnish, Dannish, Icelandic, Swedish, Brits, Indians, etc would never allow Asians taking over the world.
ALSO they know that all ASIANS hate each other, so ASIANS CAN NEVER be UNITED OR STRONG enough to take over the world.
As much as the world loves asian made products, they also know that ASIA has a history of HATING ON EACH OTHER. The only thing is that ASIA is in denial and continually lie to themselves.

Brits and Americans subjugated and controlled as a way of ECONOMIC prosperity as well as Control of the REGION that they needed to advance their EUROPEAN AND OR AMERICAN AGENDAS.
In the process they kept the flames of hate going. Over time EUROPEANS and AMERICANS learned that there was no need to control ASIA as it was all ready divided and till this day remains divided.
If anything the "show" that countries like China, Japan, and Korea display is all for THEIR RESPECTIVE country's success.
For all the arrogance and pride that successful Asian countries have, they over looked the fact that ONE UNITED ASIA can easily defeat anyone. BUT thankfully, for Europe and America, ASIA is divided.
And threads that ask questions like this, prove my point.
