The middle schools are Haynes Bridge and Holcomb Bridge.

Also considering your criteria...

For Sandy Springs, look in the following elementary school districts: Spalding Drive*, Woodland*, and Heards Ferry.

For Dunwoody, look in the following elementary school districts: Chestnut*, Kingsley*, Austin, and Vanderlyn.

For East Cobb, look in following elementary school districts: Sope Creek, Eastvalley*, Mount Bethel, Timber Ridge, East Side, and Tritt.

All of the aforementioned schools are great options.

{ * = especially awesome schools!}

I hope this helps. Good Luck!
I'd add Murdock Elementary in East Cobb to the list...very walkable from many neighborhoods.

Also Austin Elementary in Dunwoody. A good half of the kids attending walked to school, including my daughters. Great school.

Very true...

but then, the Murdock area is further west and north in East Cobb than the other schools listed, and therefore may not offer the best commute for the OP (based on the OP's criteria/wants/needs/desires).

Roswell North Elementary has several walkable neighborhoods on Woodstock...it is also walkable to Roswell North Park. Mountain Park Elem. is right across from Wildwood Springs, of course depending on how far into the neighborhood you are. Eliminating west Roswell, 30075 would be pretty silly IMO.

West Roswell is great...especially the Roswell North district for the OP.

But, you have to look at the OP's initial post.

The OP is interested in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and East Cobb.

East Roswell was suggested because it offers such superior access to 285+400 that the OP wants (shorter commute, etc) and should not be overlooked--much better than coming from western locales in Roswell proper.

So, this is the reason for the "non-suggestion" I'm guessing...
