Atlanta Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in Georgia

It'd be interesting to see if there are other stations that are that expensive...

Well, as I say, it was a one off and we were in hurry. I'm not going to lose sleep over a few bucks but I'm not going back.

I never said to lose sleep over gas. You just got ripped off, you move on. By now the gas is probably done with. Just do what I do. Never wait till you run on E....to refill.

Yep, that's what I generally do, too, but this wasn't my regular ride. I will have to admit I've never paid a whole lot of attention to gas prices, although I've known people who are maniacal about it. If it's super expensive like this place I won't go back, but otherwise it's not worth fretting over a few cents per gallon.

It would also seem there is no way to end the closed-minded Northeastern way of thinking when it comes to certain bitter posters that have no clue.

Care to explain the already completely wasted $300 MILLION spent on the recently cancelled ARC project in your supposedly fabulous and over taxed homeland of Northern New Jersey? I'm guessing you don't even know what all of this means, yet you deem yourself some sort of authority to trash all of us?

Perhaps going forward you should know - at the very least - a bare minimum of where you are now living, before you try to mindlessly bash the place with even more totally uninformed drivel.

^Oh, and I can promise you that the Downtown streetcar project WILL be happening.

You'll be able to read about it in the Newark Star-Ledger in a couple of years, if they are still publishing.

I'm afraid I don't see this as a big deal. It's a busy corner, we were in a hurry to get somewhere, so I didn't mind paying a few extra bucks for convenience.

As I say, I wouldn't trade there regularly but it hardly seems like the sort of thing to get worked up over.

Last warning - this topic is NOT about comparing individual gas stations for gas prices. Read the first post for the topic. Otherwise, the sound of a door closing follows.

Can someone explain to me why this streetcar project is a good thing? We are spending millions of dollars so the street car can go on a route that marta already supplies through buses, and that will go in a regular lane (with car traffic) and stop in that lane hindering traffic?
