Based on past experiences with real estate agents allowing their clients to pee all over my bathroom, or not flushing the toilets with an obvious sick stomach, kids allowed to tear up a few items, agents leaving my back door unlocked, and locking my pets in the basement when a sign was posted; I have decided to try to sell on my own. Yes, I complained to no avail.

I used to Duffy to list my place - who does so for a fee and a very small percentage.
In hindsight, I'm wishing I hadn't. They were about zero help in pricing the house correctly.
When I finally did get my first and only offer about 1.5 years later, they were terrible when it came to turn around time, meeting deadlines and being thorough at what was obviously a very critical time.
Sorry, I have no recommendation for you.

From what you're saying, your complaints are all about the buyer's agents which will still be coming through your house with clients whether you have your own listing agent or not.
