$85k at 25 years old? Where did I go wrong? Wow. Yes, you will live well here, very well. Just don't go nuts and feel like you have to buy a BMW 7 series to keep up with the flash in this town. Also, I wouldn't rent in Buckhead because its overpriced. Midtown is ok for nightlife, but not necessarily to live, as its mostly gay. Live somewhere like Vinings, which is close to town, has a lot of single women, and plenty to do at night. My suggestions for what they're worth.

No problem. As for the weather, its mild compared to the north, but we do have winter. December-February are the worst months (my opinion because I don't like cold).

Tony, I have to disagree. Midtown will be expensive and like I said, he'll have mostly gay neighbors if he moves there. I would still choose midtown because midtown has all the bars, clubs, and restaurants. I would also recommend Atlantic station. I went.the other day and the changes they have made are great.
