Hi

We are looking to relocate to either of these and will be coming over from the UK in about 2 weeks time for a three week stay. It would be very helpful to know:

1. The top 2 or three neighbours/areas for each (we don't need schools). We are in our late 40's, professional, used to open minded approach whilst being fairly conservative in our tastes. Friendliness and high standard of neighbourhood are essential. We are able to look at properties up to $500,000.
2. Anything specific we need to watch out for (for example I notice some of the property taxes in Peachtree look quite high and whilst crime on both looks good there maybe areas to avoid)
3. Any contacts for setting up a business (approx investment $200k)

If anyone is able to able that would be fantastic. Thanks.

I love Suwanee!! It was ranked one to of the top 10 places to live in the US by Money Magazine! Many parks, restaurants, entertainment, shopping... You would be very close to 85 and 985. I have a house for sale there now. It is located in a fabulous swim and tennis neighborhood with a beautiful lake view. Here is the link below:

Yeah, when the word "Peachtree" is used alone, it usually referring to Peachtree St. in Atlanta, the main drag through town. Just curious as to why you are limiting yourself to just those areas, as there are many other nice suburbs, such as Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Roswell, Cumming, etc.
