New International Terminal Sucks

I frequently end up in this situation, which makes parking hard.

For what it's worth, in just the last year they upgraded many of the buses for this shuttle.

They run more frequently and are much larger. I haven't seen too many issues with lines. At peak hours I have arrived on the international side (which is where lines tend to get worse in the late afternoon/early evening when European flights arrive), so far at the worse I couldn't take the first bus and had to wait on a second that showed up 5 minutes later.

I still wish they had a quicker/easier in-terminal solution. I always wish they used the same Plain train with 2 special stops where only a single "unsecured car" stopped, but never opened its doors until it got to the unsecured side stop on the other side. Some of the people that seem to have the biggest problems are airport employees. They are allowed to use the shuttle, but only after fliers board.

Once in the rental car center I saw the lines so long for the shuttle they went all the way back into the building and blocked the elevator. It was pathetic; I thought about telling the poor people that if you're flying Delta or Southwest you can just board the Skytrain and go to domestic. Instead I walked away; don't want to be responsible if someone misinterprets the advice.
