I agree 100% that the GA400 I285 interchange is a nightmare and ridiculous to have to merge into the fast lane, but to play devils advocate, it WAS designed when 400 ended at 285. I'm just sayin'. This interchange should have been completely redesigned YEARS ago.

Agreed. Like most people, I am perfectly capable of driving head-on into 90mph traffic when I am drunk. The only reason I have not done so yet is because I don't drive when I have been drinking.

Another one this morning:

https://www.ajc.com/news/north-fulto...t-1505300.html

This time the wrong-way driver hit Kelly Stevens, host of a morning show on B98.5. Stevens is okay (some broken bones) but the wrong-way driver is dead.

I wonder if the signs are really that hard to read or in the case of the where only the driver who went the wrong way dies if this is just darwinism taking place? I mean I've gone down wrong way streets improperly but how on earth do you drive on the wrong side of a highway?

It has nothing to do with the signs. The people are drunk and they are blatantly driving past the correct ramp for the wrong one.

None of these cases have had a sober driver behind the wheel. They are always drunk.
