This is very cool. One of the "negatives" brought up before on the forums was addressed -
Quote:
A part of the work required in the industry is post-production, Cooper said. While almost never done in Georgia, the studio in Fayette County will have the infrastructure in place for those needs, he said.
Very cool, and based off prior comments on the forum, moving post production to Georgia would solidify its role in film production.

The parties interested in setting up a school were listed too, a whole lot more names than mentioned previously.
Quote:
While no names have been officially released, Cooper said some of the schools and universities that have inquired about populating the educational campus across the street from the studio at the former Rivers Elementary School include Clayton State University, Savannah College of Art and Design, Southern Crescent Technical College, Georgia Tech and Emory. Cooper said the educational component may begin operations by mid-2014.

I wonder what the feature is?

Could it be the third Hunger Games movie?

I'm wondering if this will be a Marvel/Disney feature. They have Edgar Wright's "Ant-Man" on the docket for release in 2015 after the Avengers sequel, and it's rumored to be filming in Atlanta. They also have "Doctor Strange," "Black Panther," and a few sequels to current franchises. Thor and Captain America were both budgeted right at $150 million.
