Which luxury mega mall do you prefer, and which would you say is generally the more popular mall around Atlanta?

Phipps is TRULY the luxury mall. Lenox is more of a hybrid (where really only 1 wing is "luxury").

Thus, Lenox is head and shoulders more popular because it appeals to a wider demographic.

So, Lenox is probably more comparable to Southpark in Charlotte? I've only ever been to Phipps and The Mall of Georgia in Buford, so I'm trying to get a flavor for what Lenox is like.

Yea, that's a solid comparison. Similarly sized, though SouthPark has more anchors and Lenox has a few more upscale tenants in general.

Lenox has more utilitarian stores for most people. However, when I lived in the area, I visited Phipps much more often for a simple reason: it has a movie theater and Lenox doesn't.

I think it's a good comparison. SouthPark is bigger, but Lenox has a few more upscale stores.

Phipps is a luxury mall (Tiffany, Saks, Lily Pulitzer...) for the most part. The upper levels have movie theaters, food court and Lego-and.

Lenox has stores such as LV, Prada, St.John as well as moderate and cheaper ones.

Shops Around Lenox have Lululemon, Crate & Barrel, Tootsies, etc.

Lenox is a mix between upscale and midscale. Kinda like Southpark but lenox just has more midscale stores and upscale stores that cant be found in Southpark, like

Karen Millen
Vince Camuto
Zara
Club Monaco,
Diesel
J Crew Men Shop,
Fendi
Prada,
Salvatore Ferragamo,
Cartier
RL
Herve Leger
Ermenegildo Zegna
Bvgalri,
Gregorys
Facconable,
Nicole Miller
Original Penguin
Scotch & Soda,
Stuart Weitzman

Next year TopShop will be open. I'm so glad TopShop is opening at Lenox instead of H&M.

But if you go to Atlanta in September you will be able to Experience Buckhead Atlanta. Theyust announced the 28 retailers opening there and the stores are very upscale.

Be careful. We got jacked outside Lenox before around Christmas. Phipps garage has drug deals going down.

Wow! Buckhead Atlanta will be off the chains. I still can't believe there isn't a Chanel boutique in Atlanta. I mean, what gives?

And I LOVE Topshop! The Nordstrom in Durham at The Streets at Southpoint is finally carrying it. Will Topman be available there, as well? I love their beanies.
