Living in the suburbs for me is a no-brainer. I have a young family on a single income and so the #1 issue for me is housing cost. I live in Kennesaw and commute to my job in Marietta so the location is relatively convenient. The schools are good, the neighborhoods are fairly new and reasonably priced, and the City of Kennesaw has very active community involvement, so we're happy where we live. I have everything I need here. But all of that aside, the most important factor - cost of living - is much much lower than an ITP neighborhood with comparable amenities. I have nothing against people living intown, its just my life situation makes sense for me to live in Kennesaw.
