Hi everyone,

My husband and I are looking at a new construction in Kingsley Estates, Milton. Does anyone have any information on it? Price is on the higher end $900k+, so I want to make sure we're making the right decision. Schools seem very good (Birmingham Falls, Northwestern Middle and Cambridge High).

If anyone currently lives there or know someone that lives there, do you like it there? Any negatives?

Thanks!

I have friends that live there and love it.
Do you play tennis?

I am a beginner player but I LOVE IT! Is tennis a big deal in that community? The subdivision certainly looks beautiful.

Very expensive if nothing else; it certainly should be "Beautiful!"

Tennis is big in almost every subdivision in North Fulton. I play with ladies from Kingsley and they are super nice. The area is really pretty- only downside is that it is a drive to major shopping areas (but right around the corner from Public). Although rural, the traffic can pretty congested during rush hours and that is only going to worsen with all of the new houses popping up.

Thanks very much. The area is quite nice and yes I see that I need to drive a minimum of 15 minutes to get anywhere. I think we haven't found any other area that fits our style and price point as well as this community so I think Kingsley is the main contender...
