I spent about 16 months with these folks prior to purchasing in O4W. Their maintenance department is professional
and responsive...thankfully, I only had to take advantage of that twice in my time there. I paid my rent on time and
at the end of my lease, they were willing to renew for another 12 months at the same rate...in Poncey Highland no less.
I chose to go month to month, and still, my rent only went up $35.00 a month. They also returned my entire deposit.
I would highly recommend them to anyone...and no, I don't have any connection to the company, whatsoever! :-)
