Exactly. I am a fan of neither.

You probably looked at a house on my block. We live in Peoplestown, across the street from Summerhill, three houses outside of Grant Park. We have owned our house now for 9 years. This area we are in see less crime than our neighbors in Grant Park (especially over the summer months!). We are not on the highway like parts of GP, no large apartment complexes close by. It is very quiet - which always surprises people as we are so close to downtown. We have some foot traffic - not too much, however I know the majority of the people that walk past my house. We probably have to move soon due to my husband's commute and needing more space, but we have no intention of selling this property for a very long time.
