My boys are 12. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Oxford Comics and Games

Haven't been in years (and I mean to, soon). The website looks like it hasn't been updated since 2013--but there are recent positive reviews on Yelp, so I guess it is still open!

What are they into, Alley?

If they're a little geeky, we have one of the few indoor Legoland's here at Phipps Plaza: https://www.legolanddiscoverycenter.com/atlanta/

Considering their age, we need more details.

I do think a little more details about their interests are in order. Also, are you asking about what to do for a visit or for moving?

If moving, Chastain Park should work out for swimming, tennis, or baseball. If it's just a visit, I think even just seeing a movie at an Eat and Dine Theater would fun.

The Atlanta History Center is an amazing place to visit, and yes, kids like it.

Hey, thanks everyone! This is a great list!

In answer to your questions: we're just visiting and, yes, they're geeky. They'll be very into the comic shop and we once did Legoland. One boy is very into it. The other boy is mostly "too cool for school" these days.

But we'll consider it again.

I love the history museum idea. And the eat and dine. Never heard of that!

Any other good eating spots for kids in Buckhead.

They're both geeky: Star Wars, Avengers, Legos, anything like that! They're not sports oriented.

Edited to add: they LOVE good bakeries. Any suggestions? Restaurants too that aren't too pricey?

Henri's Bakery is the oldest, most established in Buckhead. But there are plenty of others that have cropped up in recent years that may actually be better.

For baked goods, they'd probably like Gigi's Cupcakes or Henri's which is actually down the street in Sandy Springs.

It's killing me that I cannot think of the name of this place, but it is at the corner of West Paces Ferry and Peachtree and has gaming stuff. Your boys should love it
