Great, more suburban office tower not accessible to transit and will only add more cars to the strained PC transportation network.

Buses, buses and more buses.

They've already got heavy rail up there. They just need to fill in.

The buses get caught in the horrible congestion up there. Route 150 travels along too many side streets, instead of taking a straight shot up Ashford-Dunwoody Rd and then during the evening rush, it get's caught in the congestion around the mall. make bus-only lanes and then we are talking about more buses.

If you ever ride Marta between Dunwoody and Medical Center station it is going to go in front of the hotel that is adjoined to a group of towers already there with huge parking decks facing the marta tracks.
