All of these laws will eventually be struck down by federal courts, which is why passing them in the first place is so illogical and wasteful. Proponents will cry "It's a violation of states rights!" -- just as they did about slavery and segregation. And we know how that turned out.

Exactly. And if the States decide to fight back, they risk being cut of from all Federal funding - as it should be.

Christians have rights too. It's our right to not want men dressed up as women using restrooms with our daughters.

You're not interested in public safety. You just want to exert power over trans people because they threaten your fragile ego.

we trans can go into any restroom we want and soon the laws will be on our side and there will be nothing the bigots can do about it.

Well yea, pretty much. You would have to ask me again if urinals are every installed in our ladies rooms. As of now the stalls are our only option.

Yeah.

I think there's something seriously wrong with people who don't want to let y'all do your business in peace. Sheesh, why the hell do these people want to make bathrooms of all things a political issue?
