Yes. in-town is filling in nicely. I can see at least one more student high-rise in that area.

Help me locals. This is between 3rd and 4th street on Spring. I looked at Google maps and I see a parking deck on the east side and a Starbuck's and a row of businesses on the left. I didn't get to read the article because it was restricted. Which side would this be on and which of these structures would vanish?

Starbucks side. ATT owns the garage.

I think Starbucks is the only business actually open on this land. There were a few clubs/bars in the buildings on the south side of the lot, but they're all empty now.
