I was excited about the prospect of a movie theater mentioned in one of the presentations. That was until they mentioned tickets for the imagined theater would be around $30. I don't care how much money I make. I would never pay that much to see a movie.

FYI: For purposes of clarity, the artistic rendering of The Grove found at the bottom of the article shows that new phase of redevelopment. The crosswalk shown there is at the intersection of 14th St. & Juniper St. & the W Hotel would be seen on the immediate right if that drawing were larger.
