I'm in Brookhaven and there are definitely a ton of young single professionals here, especially in the newer upscale apartments that keep popping up (e.g. the complexes near Town brookhaven and Dresden).

We have lived in Brookhaven a long time, first as singles in an apartment now married with kids in a house. Overall i think its the best place to live longterm in Atlanta as you can stay in the area as your life progresses.

In a couple years, if the Brookhaven government doesn't resist, developers want to continue ripping up old apartments, and building less dense housing.

What's not to understand? It's a super-prime location that is basically a huge blend. There's something for everyone.
