I'm a mother of 3 (15,6,1) recently divorce, my job is relocating me to Atlanta (Peachtree Industrial Blvd). I need advice where to rent a house that is close to work and have good schools for the kids. My budget for rental is about $1,500.00 What about Sandy Springs, Marietta? Any other suggestions?

Dunwoody is worth looking at. Check Craigslist.org for rentals. Austin, Vanderlyn and Kingsley are all good elem schools as is Dunwoody High.
You may be able to find a deal in Chamblee as well, but I don't know anything about the schools.

After you figure out where on Peachtree Industrial, you can also look up rentals on realtor.com

I wouldn't consider Marietta if you're going to work on Peachtree Industrial because of the commute. I'd stick to areas East of 400. I'd look at Gwinnett County (Duluth, Norcross, etc)
