Its not uncommon during the day on 85 inside 285. They may be in any lane. There have been times where 3 or 4 in a row passed me doing 100-110 in the middle of the day.

I feel way safer and less stressed driving the freeways in L.A. versus here anymore. It's just insane, and we avoid them at all costs.

FOH lol. You can't compare driving in Metro LA on the 405, 5, 10, etc, etc to driving on 285, 75 or 85. LA is just on another level as far as stressful driving but at least you get to see mountains while you are driving instead of trees everywhere lol. The only real "stressful" drive here is on 285 in Cobb County, and maybe 75/85, 75 and 85 in the northern suburbs but thats about it

Absolute BS. I frequently see people who feel entitled to drive as fast as they want darting in-and-out of lanes. Really wish there were more cops to pull the ****ers over.

That's because there is not enough funding for Georgia State Patrol. Put more state troopers on the freeways and you can watch some of that **** finally start to dwindle.

I stand by what I said. The 10, the 101 & the 405 are the ones I drive and I will take any of them over 75, 85 or 285 any day - all day long.

Due to volume and heavy enforcement alone, it's an entirely different experience there.

If people would stop driving slow in the fast Lane this wouldn't happen

Its your opinion but national traffic rankings prove otherwise. I guess I can say driving in Macon is more stressful than Atlanta

Since speed limits have zero to do with safety or deterring behavior, and everything to do with collection of revenue for the state, it sounds like the law is a smashing success. You should start worrying if people start slowing down. If that happens, the legislators will have to look into new laws to generate revenue otherways.

Well, we certainly don't think the same way as I am very pro red light cameras.

Just exactly how familiar are you with L.A., and how often are you there?

I will tell you that the insane behavior seen here on a daily basis is simply not tolerated there, traffic and congestion rankings be damned.
