both what arjay57 and jsvh are saying is true

I think if you don't know how to read the maps they are misleading to jsvh point

but arjay57 statement about employment corridors and jobs in the norcross area etc are true.

Not all blue areas are equal 6,021 to 81,701 is pretty wide number that could been broken down more, and the CBDs, and along certain corridors like up the 400, Norcross to Duluth, And Cumberland to kennesaw, Around the airport and Fulton industrial have a higher density of jobs compare to huge tracks in other areas.

Yes, definitely.

The 6,021 to 81,701 is simply the range the demographer chose to identify high density employment districts. She (or he) could have said that, for purposes of this chart, anything over 6,021 jobs per square mile is treated as high density.

In a number of census tracts, both intown and suburban, the job density is much higher.

It's a good map, but it doesn't answer all questions...

... of course neither will other alternatives suggested...

This map is simply trying to show where major amounts of employment will be. Some will be in smaller areas that are denser, but many will be far less dense... but have large numbers of large areas.

Both are lots of of employment.

The major takeaway is most employment are following transportation corridors.... hardly surprising.

That happens to be the census tract that has Stonecrest Mall just south of/bordering I-20

Two relevant additions:

Please note, both of these are referencing net change in job numbers, not necessarily existing employment.

By the way, if anyone wants to make their own maps, just go to the Neighborhood Nexus website. That's where I got the maps in the OP.
