Highly regarded east-side elementary schools with (relatively) significant Jewish populations):
Morningside Elementary (Morningside, Ansley Park area), Mary-Lin Elementary (Inman Park, Candler Park, Lake Claire), all City of Decatur Elementary Schools, Fernbank Elementary (Druid Hills area), Springdale Park -SPARK Elementary (Virginia Highland, Poncey Highland area).
All have *some* parts that have something worth walking to (but only Mary-Lin and City of Decatur are on the rail line).
You would shop the same way for the North Atlanta cluster (Buckhead) or Dunwoody and maybe Lakeside area—but other folks can talk about them.
Springdale Park Elementary (with Midtown) and Morningside Elementary (with Ansley Park) also have neighborhoods on the rail line.

Oops! You are right, of course! I’ve been missing as many as I have been hitting lately. Thanks for the catch.
