I'm looking for a condo or townhouse in the Oak Grove/ North Decatur area. Oakridge seems like a nice community reasonably priced. Any opinions?

You summed it up very well...a nice community reasonably priced; especially for that neighborhood, where the prices are only going to go up. I lived in Oak Grove for many years, and loved it...it's very popular with Emory U personnel.
Also, have you looked at anything in the Leafmore Forest townhouse development directly across from Vista Grove Shopping Center? They are a good value for that area, too.

I sold a townhouse in September Chase a little over two years ago. It is a smaller community of townhomes.

The one I sold was a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit with a two car garage with lots of storage on three levels.

Brianwood is also a nice community too.

I haven't see anything for sell in Leafmore.
