The Georgia Aquarium was originally going to be built there.

I remember that! That seems so long ago now...

At any rate, the commercial real estate world still refers to this as the 'Pinnicle' site. Being directly adjacent to the Connector with such high visibility and over 350,00 cars passing by daily, I'm sure that there will eventually be something pretty iconic there.

Comcast launches $45M sports tech accelerator program out of The Battery
