So I have a basic question. Beyond creative loafing and the AJC, does anyone know of any great Atlanta-based blogs?

What kind of Atlanta blog are you looking for? News, music, culture, entertainment, politics, real estate?

A little biased but I write a blog called Drive A Faster Car that you may enjoy

{Moderator Removed}: Sorry, no personal URL / blogs allowed in the posts.

Whoops - didn't mean to break the rules!

If you check out the Creative Loafing blogs, they link to a lot of local topic-based blogs.

Default Thanks for the vote of Confidence

Mr. Takeahike, (and all those who clicked my blog)

I appreciate your mentioning me in this post. It means a lot to me that my little hobby may provide some help to others looking for interesting diversions around the area. It was design as a challenge for me personally to get out and find interesting things to do in the area, and then secondly to aid others in the same quest.

I am the owner of the blog, just a simple banker from Gwinnett County.

{Moderator Modified}: I've left the blog URL alone because it does focus primarily on touristy stuff with some good photos, but please leave any personal email addresses out of forum postings. Thank you.

Hi, Doug--

It's 'Ms TakeAhike' and I do enjoy your site. Thanks for some good tips and proving that 'there is Something to Do in Atlanta'. LOL--Fingers crossed many will read your blog/some blog and go and see for themselves.
