I drove around Buckhead the other day around the BA Development and counted 4 high-rises being built. Its amazing how that area has changed in the past 5 years. I remember moving back to Atlanta about 8 years ago when that area completely dead. It still doesn't have as much foot traffic as it should in that general area but its good to see so much construction in that area.

Foot traffic won't go up much in that area until parking goes down and they make the roads more like streets, and with at least dedicated bus lanes on Peachtree Rd, so transit is more the preferred way of accessing that village area. Also they need grid improvements, more smaller streets.

But yeah, it's definitely booming as far as all the new towers. None of them are particularly tall, but there are a lot of them.
